<p>Orderly is a to-do list app that offers a user-friendly interface and seamless cloud sync. It includes "Location Based Reminders" to ensure tasks are not missed at specific locations. The unique visual layout allows users to quickly view their to-do lists without opening each one individually.</p>
<p>The most recent update introduces features such as "Fast Cloud Sync" for instant synchronization between devices, a "Today Items" view, "Due Items", Email Backup, and Automatic Backup of all data on the cloud.</p>

<p>Orderly premium features, available through an in-app purchase, include Low light mode and passcode protection. The one-time cost for the in-app purchase is $0.99.</p>

<h4>Subscription Info:</h4>
<p>Fast Cloud Sync plus Automatic Backup, a paid subscription product, is available for $8.99 per year for annual subscriptions or $1.49 per month for monthly subscriptions.</p>

  <li>Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase</li>
  <li>Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period</li>
  <li>Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, with a cost of $8.99 for annual subscriptions or $1.49 for monthly subscriptions</li>
  <li>Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off in the user's Account Settings after purchase</li>
  <li>If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, where applicable</li>
